MYRQELON serves international customers but does not perform prohibited transactions. Screening may include Ukrainian sanctions and the State Sanctions Register, mandatory UN sanctions, restrictions applicable through banks/payment providers/correspondents/technology providers, and export rules concerning software, encryption, AI, cybersecurity, dual-use technology or end use.

The Customer represents that the Customer, payer, beneficial owners and end users are not prohibited persons, are not acting for them, provide truthful location/payment/end-use data, do not use intermediaries or VPNs to evade controls, and will not use deliverables for prohibited military, repressive, unlawful-surveillance, malicious cyber or other restricted end uses.

MYRQELON may screen names, entities, countries, banks, ownership and end use; request registration, identity, ownership, address, contract or source-of-funds documents; and use official registers or reliable screening providers. Performance/payment may be suspended. If prohibited, the Order is rejected or terminated. A refund is made only where the return itself is permitted; funds may be blocked as required by a bank or authority.

Checkout may block or manually review particular countries or territories. The operational list may change faster than this Policy and current availability is shown before payment. Material changes in ownership, payer, bank, country, end user or use must be reported immediately.
