3.1 Scope

These Terms govern access to myrqelon.com, contact forms, customer accounts, demonstrations, documentation, content and other web functionality. Purchases are additionally governed by the Public Offer.

3.2 Eligibility and authority

The Website is intended for persons aged 18 or over or otherwise having full legal capacity. A representative of an organisation confirms authority to act for it. Some pages may be public, while others require login or invitation.

3.3 Account security

Users shall provide accurate data, protect access to email, one-time codes and devices, and promptly report suspicious activity. Account sharing, bypassing access restrictions and unauthorised automated account creation are prohibited. MYRQELON will not request a full password, CVV or bank one-time code by email or messenger.

3.4 Informational materials

Articles, calculations, AI responses, prototypes and demonstrations are informational and require human verification. Users assess technical, legal, financial, security and operational consequences. MYRQELON does not provide regulated legal, tax, medical or investment advice unless a separate authorised professional service is expressly agreed.

3.5 Website rights

Website design, text, graphics, code, marks and documentation belong to the Provider or licensors. Reasonable viewing and non-commercial quotation with attribution are allowed. Copying the Website, removing notices, reselling content, mass scraping or creating a derivative competing product without permission is prohibited.

3.6 User materials

A user retaining ownership of submitted specifications, files or messages grants MYRQELON the limited right to process them for response, estimation or performance. Users must not submit unnecessary personal data, passwords, keys, unlawful content or content they lack rights to use.

3.7 Prohibited conduct

Users must not attack or scan systems without written authorisation, distribute malware/spam/phishing, evade rate limits, access, territorial or sanctions controls, commit fraud, collect other users' data, provide false payment/identity information or infringe rights.

Third-party resources operate under their own terms. A link is not an endorsement, guarantee or control by MYRQELON.

3.9 Availability and changes

MYRQELON may modify, test, maintain, temporarily disable or discontinue web features for security, legality or product development. Paid functionality remains subject to the relevant Order and mandatory customer rights.

3.10 Reports

Security or unlawful-content reports should be sent privately to support@myrqelon.com with the URL, description, evidence and response contact. Vulnerabilities should not be publicly disclosed before a reasonable remediation period.
