Services and deliverables must not be used for malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, unauthorised access or bypass, DDoS, out-of-scope scanning, hidden surveillance/stalkerware, illegal interception, child sexual exploitation, terrorism, violent extremism, fraud, identity or document forgery, unlawful discrimination, rights infringement, sanctions evasion, unsafe critical-infrastructure/weapons control, mass spam or prohibited high-risk AI decisions.
Security testing, malware analysis or reverse engineering requires documented authority, defined scope, safe handling and responsible disclosure. Customer data must be lawful, minimised and preferably de-identified in test environments. AI must not be the sole decision-maker for legally or similarly significant outcomes without qualified human review and safeguards.
MYRQELON may decline, narrow, suspend or terminate prohibited work, preserve evidence and notify competent authorities where legally required. A Customer may request human reconsideration through hello@myrqelon.com.
