Can you integrate a service without an API?
Only when the provider offers another authorized and stable interface. Unsupported scraping or security bypasses are not included.
Are retries duplicate-safe?
Retry behavior is designed against the provider’s guarantees. Exactly-once delivery is not claimed unless the full system contract proves it.
